the true you;;
Personality:
Many Bishops had thought of Joan having “Nothing improper [has] been found in her. Only good, humility, chastity, piety, proprietary, simplicity”(Williamson, “Joan of Arc archive”). That was the old Joan. Now she is a stubborn woman, once she has her mind set on a duty she is determined to follow through it without question. Joan is seen as a martyr from her tragic end, but is a lot tougher than she seems. Her simplicity remained throughout the ages, however. She can be quick to anger, but has the self-control of a warrior and so will not lash out on anyone unless if they are deserving of it. Since she died young, Joan is considered to be the youngest amongst the other angels. Despite this, she’s quite mature for her apparent age. One thing’s for sure: it would be a mistake to underestimate her.
Clara is an intelligent young woman who is a huge fan of history. She also tends to party with her friends when she’s up to it, not much different from any other woman despite the angel of a French warrior inside of her. The library is like her second home reading about various articles of history from around the world. It was also a good place to think about the events of the day. Since her fateful encounter with St. Joan, she gained a new revelation about the sort of creatures that are actually walking amongst humanity which made her shocked at first. However, she began to have an open mind about it, realizing that maybe some of the folklore throughout history was true. She’s fairly bright and sociable. But because of Joan, Clara has to be low-key at times.

Partying with her Vessel, being recognized as more than a young girl , fencing.

Fire, Can be killed with Holy Weapons, her desire to be recognized amongst her family.

History:
Joan was born during the Hundred Year War era.
Since she had been having visions of angels telling her what her purpose was, she had sworn to carry out her duty as God’s mortal avenger. Along the way, she had become friends with the Duke of Orleans and had helped Charles VII to become coronated. She had led an army to take out English invaders. Joan had been captured and interrogated by the Burgundians, French traitors who had remained sided with the English before she had been burned in which she kept crying out to the Lord as she burned to death. In honor of her loyalty to His plan for her, God had made Joan into an angel and gave her the title “St. Joan”.
She first meets the Winchesters during the War in Heaven (in other words, season 6). Joan was appointed by Raphael to take out any angels that question on bringing back the Apocalypse. Joan did not hesitate to agree to this term because she felt that bringing on the Apocalypse was God's will. Being a warrior for Him through her past life and her current state, she does not question it. Joan's primary target was Castiel and his allies. Unfortunately, Sam and Dean got in the way and so wasn't able to carry her duty out as planned. As punishment, instead of killing Joan, Raphael placed her in the white room up 'til now.
Now, Joan is back and out for blood. However, Ezekiel explained to her that plans have changed, that there is a new ruler over Hell and the game has slightly changed. Now Joan's allegiance goes to Ezekiel since God placed him in charge. However, inside her is a war going on in its own. She had been loyal to God and Heaven for centuries now. The first time she died because of it, and the second time she ended up being put through torture. With the reflection of her past, Joan can't help but wonder if God really is worth putting her allegiance in anymore.
