The past couple days had been a blur to Lisa. She had so much to do with running Ben back and forth to sports practice and school then her job and paying bills. Her brother had even called to ask how the research was coming along. With everything piling up it didn't help that Dean Winchester had not left her mind since he had shown up at her doorstep a few days ago. The brunette woman had not been abe to get the man out of her mind. She felt like she knew him somehow. Like she had known him for a very long time. But she didn't know why or how. The one thing that really didn't make sense was the fact that she had had so many images running through her head of them together and with Ben. But they hadn't just been her imagination. They had felt like memories long forgotten. But she had only met him one other time and that was when he had hit her with his car. None of it made any sense.
She puled up in front of her house after being out doing errands, paying bills, and buying groceries for the house. Ben had been eating them out of house and home now. Guess she had to get used to it now that he was entering his teenage years. Things were going to get very different now and Dean's advice was actualy very helpful to her and she thought about it often. Lifting the bags out of the back of the car she walked into the house. She ganced at the research books that were still on her dining room table and sighed. She still needed to find that information for Michael. He needed it but she was finding it very difficult. Walking into the house she tripped over some shoes.
"Ugh, Benjamin."
Lisa kicked the shoes over to the side of the room as she walked more into the house and heading to the kitchen. After putting the groceries away Lisa walked over to the books again. Looking over them she sighed and rubbed her eyes. This really got to her sometimes and she was just so tired right now. She just needed to relax. Walking into the kitchen she poured herself a glass of wine and walked out into the living room. Picking up the remote controller she started flipping through channels. Sipping at her wine she placed it on the table over lapping the water ring that Dean had left there from his beers. Lisa stopped and stared at it for a minute. Her hand reached out and her fingers ran over the ring. Something flashed in her mind just then. Everything started to play in her mind from the beginning. Meeting Dean for the first time in that bar, the very bendy weekend they shared, him leaving, him showing back up on Ben's birthday, him leaving again, Dean coming back, moving in, being a father to Ben, being a husband to her, him leaving again, her being posessed, Dean saving them, then nothing. Lisa stopped and sucked air into her lungs as she blinked rapidly to removed the brightness from her eyes. Everything rushed back into her mind in one big painful flash. Lisa looked around her living room panting. Scrambling she stood up and went to her phone searching through the contacts until she landed on one in particular. She hit send and waited to hear his voice on the other end.
"Dean? It...It's Lisa."

Still, he fought with Sam about his Amelia. He couldn't believe that his brother had completely ditched hunting just to be with some chick, then again, this wasn't the first time that Sam had just quit hunting all for some chick.. okay.. not really. Sam had ditched him for a lot of reasons over the years, this was honestly the first time a girl was actually the reason. Of course, the girl wasn't actually the reason, it was Dean's own disappearance into Purgatory. That didn't make him any less irritated at his brother for having just given up on everything. A low sigh slipped through his lips as he thought of everything, Cas, Sam, Lisa, Ben, Death, Benny... everything! What the hell was he supposed to do? Honestly, he'd never felt so alone. Wait. Yes, he had. When Sam had gone to hell he'd felt this way, but at least then he'd had Lisa and Ben to fall back on. Sure, Sam and Benny were there, but he couldn't call on Benny and he didn't want to deal with Sam's bullshit. Beyond that he really was alone.
His phone rang loudly in his jacket pocket and a sigh slipped through his lips as he dug into his pocket to grab it. He barely glanced at the ID before flicking it open, only noticing that it wasn't a number he had saved. "Hello?" He said gruffly into the reciever, sounding irritated and tired all at the same time. And then there was an all too familiar voice on the other end. Instantly he let up on the gas as he heard the voice, having been going nearly 20 miles over the speed limit. "Li-Lisa?" He asked, even though she said her name clearly. "What's going on.. How.. How did you get my number?" He asked, not remembering if he gave it to her or not when they last met. After all, how could she remember? Little did he know, she could.. Oh the surprises in store every single day of his life. The world of a Winchester, right?

She was so hoping that she had the right number saved in her phone. She knew how Dean changed him numbers so often because of being a hunter. She hoped so badly that she had the right number. She was shaking from the intensity of all of the memories coming back. Mingled with the memories that were placed there. Some of those old memories were disappearing but they were still there right now. She wondered what happened and why she didn't remember or why she had these memories that weren't hers. When she heard his voice on the other end she let out a huge sigh of relief. He would know how to help her. She couldalways call Michael for help but this was Dean she was talking about. According to her placed memories she hadn't seen him in over a year.
"You uh gave it to me before you left. Dean...are you close? Can you stop by? We need to talk..."
He was acting like he didn't know her. That only meant that he had to know why she didn't remember and why all of her memories were flooding back in all at once. It was like a tsunami flooding her mind. It was big and intense and it hurt sometimes. Her head was pounding from the intensity of it. She ran her hand through her long hair and looked up at the clock on the wall. Looking around the house seemed so empty right now. She wondered if Ben remembered or if he forgot as well. Were they made to forget? If so then why? What had happened to them that was so bad that their memories had to be wiped from their minds and replaced by fake ones? She paced the room with her hand on her temple rubbing it as more memories flooded back.
"Dean...I remember. Everything."

As she asked for him to stop by he nodded before realizing that she couldn't see him. "Uuumm.. I'm a couple of hours out, but I can swing by if you give me a little bit." He said while quickly making a U-turn out on an old road so that he could drive to her house. It shouldn't take him more that a couple of hours to get to her, really. Emerald eyes took in the brightness of the morning sun and figured that he would make it there before afternoon set it. That was one good thing about constantly being on the road, he learned how to tell a lot of things by where the sun sat in the sky. Dean held the phone close to his ear while driving, making sure that he could hear her over the roar of the engine. A large part of him wondered why she wanted to see him so badly, after all, when they parted she seemed almost glad to be rid of him, besides that he really wasn't sure that he wanted to see her. Especially after his talk with Death.
Lisa was supposed to live a long and happy life, grow old, watch Ben grow up, have grandkids, see normal things. Dean knew that his interference in her life was likely to ruin those chances to have that normal life. Death had made it pretty clear that Lisa wasn't supposed to be involved in the supernatural, not really. He'd just made it back through town and was on a back country road, the speedometer had just hit 75mph and she spoke again. Lisa would hear the squeal of tires as he stomped his foot down onto them, sending the Impala into a skid and burning about 1/8 inch off of the tread on his tires. Dean had actually dropped the phone into his lap in the process of gripping the wheel so that the car didn't carreen off the side of the road when he'd stomped on the brakes. His chest had hit the steering wheel, and his breathing was a little shakey and panicked.
There was no way he had actually heard what she'd said right. Maybe it was just his mind playing tricks on him. No, his mind had played some horrible tricks on him in the past and he knew that this couldn't be one of them. There was no way in hell this was one of them. It was several moments later before he'd composed himself enough to actually pick the phone back up. "H-h-how?!" He stammered out into the phone while pressing it to his ear as if his life depended on it. And a good part of his life did. How could she remember? Castiel had wiped everything away. Cas had promised that the memories of him and Sam were gone from her and Ben's lives forever. He'd seen it for himself when he'd stepped into that hospital room. Ben and Lisa didn't remember a damned thing, there was no way they could have remembered. So.. how did she? Unless he was walking into some kind of trap and a demon had taken hold of her? No. No. He didn't believe that. He didn't want to believe that, but of course it could just as easily have happened, right? He took in a slow breath before looking into the rearview mirror and stomping onto the gas only to realize that the car had stalled when he'd stopped it so quickly.
After turning it over again with a loud roar, he hit the gas a little more slowly, coaxing himself back up to speed and then once again hitting that 75mph mark. Dean figured he would stick to back roads in order to keep a steady pace in getting to her house. While holding the phone in one hand, he drove with his knee to be able to double check that he had Ruby's knife, just in case he needed to use it but God he hoped that he wouldn't have to. 'Please don't let me have to.' He prayed to himself.

Lisa stood there in the middle of the room looking around. She missed all of the pictures she used to have hanging on the walls and around on the tables. She walked up the the coffee table. She used to have a picture of her and Dean and Ben there. Now as she extended her hand and picked up the picture that was there she didn't see Dean's face. She now looked into the faces of Michael and Maria with her and Ben. Things just weren't how they were supposed to be and Lisa did not like him at all. She nodded her head forgetting that he couldn't see her.
"Yes, please. We need to talk. Please hurry."
She hugged her stomach as the emotions started rolling in. She almost started to cry as she thought of everything that she had missed because of these memories that had been placed into her mind. Then she became angry. Why was she made to forget? They had to be a reason why. Her ears picked up the squealing of tires on the road.
"Dean!"
Fear rolled up in her. She knew he was a great driver but still she worried and the tires squealing just made it worse. Her heart beat faster and her palms were sweating as she waited for him to answer her. Then she heard his voice. It wavered a bit as he asked her how. So he did know about this. That meant he had to knwo who did this to her. She ran her hands over her eyes as she started to pace again.
"I-I don't know....just get here. We need to talk."

"I'll be there soon," he said into the microphone while catching his breath. Dean had heard her shout his name while his phone rested in his lap and her panicked voice had tugged at his heart. How the hell was it possible? How the hell was she able to remember. This was the question that played over and over and over again in his mind. How was it possible? It wasn't. He'd stood right there while Cas took away their memories. He'd been right there. God he wished that he could talk to Castiel about this, he wished that his friend were here right now to explain it all. And.. if Lisa's memories were returning. What about Ben? Dean heard her voice dance into his ears once more, causing him to take in a little breath. "I'll be there soon." He stated confidently before hesitating on saying something more.
Dean decided against it and simply snapped his phone shut, then dropped it into his lap. Both hands hit the steering wheel as his foot pressed harder onto the gas pedal to propell the car just the much faster toward Lisa's. He didn't slow down for the rest of the drive unless he absolutely had to do so and just over two hours later he pulled the car to a stop in front of Lisa's house. He checked that the knife was in his jacket as well as a flask of holy water before shutting the engine off. His gaze danced up toward the house, lingering there for a few moments longer. 'It's really Lisa, it's really Lisa.. she just somehow flipped the memories back... cause that's totally plausible..' he thought to himself while pushing the drivers door open and climbing from the warmth of the Impala.
Before he could give himself time to hesitate he rushed up the walk, up the stairs and to the porch. Dean stood there for several seconds debating on knocking before shaking his head and just bursting through the front door. After a quick check toward the dining room and kitchen he turned toward the living room where Lisa had obviously been in the middle of pacing away her anxiety. His expression filled with worry, alarm, fear but also relief. As she walked toward him ((hope you don't mind the bried NPC'ing)) he uncapped the flask and quickly splashed some of the holywater at her face. If she really remembered everything she would understand.. if she were a demon she would start burning.

Lisa nodded again as she heard him say he would be there soon. She trusted him and knew that he was telling her the truth. This was getting all too much for her right now. She should be used to this kind of stuff though. She had been helping her brother with the Supernatural before she had even met Dean. That was the reason why she had been so accepting of finding out that Dean was a Hunter. She had suspected as much when she had first met him but she had not really had enough time to actually make sure. But when he had come back into her life and had saved Ben from the Changeling she found out for certain and it didn't really surprise her.
As Dean hung up the phone she hung up her's as well and clutched it to her chest. Waking over to the door she flipped the rug up to make sure that the Devil's trap was still in tact. It was never bad to be careful. Yes she had called him but who knew what would come through that door. If it passed through then she knew it would really be Dean. It ran through her mind the possibility of maybe a Demon had done this to her. She had been possessed after all. But shortly after that after she had gotten out of the hospital she had gotten and Anti Possession tattoo on the back on her hip.
She downed the glass of wine while she waited for Dean to get there. She was anxious and willed him to drive faster even though she already knew that he was pushing the Impala to its limits to get here. She heard the concern and fear in his voice as he had spoken to her. Soon she heard the all too familiar roar of the engine in front of her house. She heard the door open and turned to see him waking inside. Her heart filled with the excitement of seeing him. She noticed how he had strolled right through the doorway and she smiled walking up to him. She opened her mouth to speak only to have water hit her face. She closed her eyes and nodded as she wiped it away. Holy water. She should have known. Turning slightly she puled down the edge of her jeans she was wearing just enough for him to see the anti possession tattoo on the back of her right hip that was identical to the one he had on his chest.
"Dean, its really me. What happened to me?I know that you know. You can't lie to me..."

Sure, he had seen the look on her face, that sheer excitement, but precaution was what he needed. If this were a demon, like before, then he wouldn't be able to waste time and deal with trying not to let it hurt Lisa, instead he'd just kill her and get it over with, as far as Ben went he didn't know what would happen there. He was waiting for the reaction from the holy water, that annoyance and anger, that burning in the flesh, even if it weren't really burning. But there wasn't any. No, instead all he got was a faint frown from Lisa. Brows furrowed in confusion as he released his hold on the demon-killing knife in his jacket pocket before that emerald gaze shifted downward as she turned. He looked confused as he spotted the tattoo on her hip. She hadn't had that when they were together. Well, duh they hadn't because then he would have seen it and she wouldn't have gotten possessed before.
The utter confusion held as he looked up toward her face and she questioned him. "I.. can see that.." He said while blinking and shaking his head. How. How could Lisa remember. Castiel had wiped her memories completely. He'd seen, seen the proof of it with his own eyes! Unless.. Unless that meant something had happened to Cas.. Oh no.. "I need to sit down.." He said while shaking his head even harder. Dean sounded panicked, short of breath and exhausted. While making his way into the living room, he grabbed hold of Lisa's arm and drug her with him.. at least until he neared the couch. After releasing his hold on her arm he flopped down onto the couch and covered his eyes with one hand.
Honestly, he'd never had panic attacks before but he had a feeling this was what one felt like. Dizzy, short of breath, heart racing wildly, hands shaking. "What's.. You said you remember everything?" He asked, "as in... everything?" He had a feeling that she would say yes, that she remembered everything from their time together, everything about being possessed and having mentioned that Ben was his... of course the demon said it was lying because Lisa didn't know... Never changed his mind about the kid though, in his heart Ben was his. Off topic though.
Slowly, he pulled his hand back from his face, letting his gaze dance over her's while chewing on his lower lip. Even more slowly did his heart return to a normal pace. After taking in a breath Dean sat up. "I.. I had your memories taken away." He told her truthfully before swallowing hard. His gaze stayed trained on her face, watching for her reaction to the words. Dean had a feeling that a fight might break out between the two of them over this and honestly didn't care. If given the chance he would make the same choice over and over again.

Lisa watched his face. She noticed the panicked look he got and how his breathing quickened. She knew his heart was beating wildly in his chest and she wanted to reach out to him and take him in her arms and calm him down. But...right now she just couldn't. She had to know what had happened to her. What had happened to Ben for she knew that he had had no memories either or else he would have said something to her. He would have done something to help her. he would have found Dean and done something. Anything! She saw the surprise in his eyes as he saw the tattoo on her hip. That was when she knew that she had to tell him everything. She had to tell him about Michael and how she helped him. It was now or never. She couldn't lie to him anymore.
She followed him into the living room. He didn't really give her a choice as he drug her along by the arm. But she would have followed him anyways. She watched him as she saw the panic attack coming on. But she knew the only thing she could let him do was calm down. She waited patiently as he did so trying to wrap her mind around this. Her eyes looked him over. His green eyes, his jaw line, his clothes, his whole body. Her body called out to his as well as her heart but she stayed where she was for the moment. Then he asked her. She sat down on the edge of the coffee table and took his hand squeezing it.
"Everything, Dean."
She watched him. Her eyes were fixated on his searching for answers but also filled with love. She would always love him. She had known that after the first weekend they had spent together. She knew that he had been the one but then he had left and she thought that she would never see him again. She was happy that she was wrong though. She missed him living there with her and Ben. Then his words hit her and her heart almost stopped. He made her forget everything. Why? She didn't understand. She stared at him with disbelief.
"Why? Why did you do that, Dean? Is it because I got possessed? I can handle myself. There...there are things about me that you don't know. Things I never told you. Things that started way before I even met you. I'll show you."
She took his hand and led him into the dining room. The room she usually used for researching when Michael asked her to. She took a deep breath and led him over to the bi trunk in the corner. The one she always kept locked. The one that contained all of her books and weapons and various ingredients that could be used for locating and tracking spells that Hunters used when looking for something. She let his hand go and knelt down in front of the trunk taking the key from around her neck and unlocking it. She opened the lid and revealed her secret to him. Looking up at him she shrugged.
"I'm a researcher and tracker....for my brother. I have been since before I met you. So I can handle myself, Dean. So why did you take my memories away?"

Just knowing that she remembered everything was enough to send him into that panic attack. Really, what was he supposed to do? Be completely overjoyed? Sure, he was happy that she remembered him, but he also remembered why he had done it in the first place. He remembered how much he didn't want them suffering anymore just because of their association with him. Lisa had gotten possessed and nearly killed Ben, which had to nearly kill her just thinking about it. And Ben? Ben had had to watch his mother slowly bleed to death because the demon had tried to kill her when she knew that killing Ben wasn't going to do anything. Sure, it would have broken Dean down to nearly nothing to lose the both of them, but in the end he did lose them both.. It was easier just knowing that it had been his own choice in losing them, more so it had been his choice in the way he'd lost them. It was easier to cope with never being able to see them again while knowing that they were both alive and healthy.
So he took in a long breath while waiting for her tirade about what a horrible person he was for having done it, for having taken their memories away. Instead of yelling and screaming and telling him that he was scum, she simply asked why. And then before he was given the chance to respond she took his hand and lead him to the dining room. Dean stood back and watched while she opened the trunk, his eyes quickly taking in the books and weapons and ingredients for spells that were stashed within. Brows furrowed as he turned quickly from them to her face as she spoke again. His mouth opened to say something, but no sound escaped him so he snapped his mouth shut again. Once more it opened and just as he appeared on the verge of speaking, he closed his mouth again. His right hand rose to brush through his hair, scratching at the back of his head in the process.
Obviously his brain was taking a moment to catch up. After several minutes he shook his head and turned away from her to walk out to the kitchen. Without asking he reached into the fridge and grabbed each of them a beer, then headed back to her after opening them. Once he passed one to her and took a long drink from his own he managed to find words once more. "You knew about all of this before I ever met you? Why didn't you tell me before, Lees?" He asked, using that special nickname. "Wait.. Your brother?" He asked with furrowed brows. "You never told me you had a brother. I only knew about your sister.." He stated, looking a little hurt by the news. But instead of dwelling on it, Dean simply shook his head and took another long drink from the bottle in his hand.
He reached out to take her hand and lead her to the table. After making sure she'd sat down, he sat beside her and cleared his throat. His teeth sank into his lower lip, chewing lightly on it while he put the words together in his head before letting them escape his mouth, something rare for a Winchester. "I took your memories away not just because you got possessed, Lisa, but because it was a danger just for you and Ben to know me." He said while turning his gaze slowly back to her face. Emerald hues slowly traced every contour of her face, the shape of her eyes, the curve in her mouth, the arch in her brow, everything. Once he took in a slow breath he spoke again. "You and Ben could have died that day, you know. I realized that you just knowing me put you in danger. I mean, first the changeling took Ben-" not really Dean's fault but he blamed it on himself as he did everything else "-then the Djinn came after you guys to get to me. And then you got possessed and nearly killed Ben.. and yourself."
He set the bottle onto the table, then took hers and set it onto the table as well before reaching out and taking both of her hands into his. His eyes locked against hers while he spoke next. "You almost died, Lisa." He said, eyes glazing over as he remembered back. She wouldn't remember it since she'd been on her deathbed, but he did. God, did he remember. "You were hooked up to all kinds of machines and the doctors didn't think you were gonna make it and if it hadn't been for Cas, you wouldn't have. Ben would have been alone and I.." His voice drifted off as he looked to the floor between them. Dean sniffled once before looking back up at her. "I could live with knowing you didn't remember me, but I couldn't live if you guys died." He stated plainly while staring at her. Dean took in another steadying breath before speaking again, barely giving her time to respond. "So I begged Cas to take me and Sam out of your lives, erase every memory you'd ever had of either of us. I thought it would be safer for you that way." He said with a sad smile. Dean was trying his best not to wonder why the memories were back. There was a billion reasons he could think of for the sudden realization of her past and none of them seemed good. He swallowed hard once again while watching her, waiting for her to say something.. anything.

Lisa watched his reaction as she showed him her secret. Something she had never told him and kind of regretted it. But she had done this to protect her brother. Surely he would understand that. But she wished she could have told him. She wished that she could have shraed this with him. maybe it could have changed things. Maybe he would have stayed. Maybe she would have never gotten possessed and her memories never erased. They could have been happy and a family again but no. Things never worked out like that in her life.
She noticed his surprised look as he saw what was in the trunk. She knew that he would be surprised about this. She didn't seem like the Tracher and Researcher type. She was a mom who cared for her son but on the back burner she helped track monsters. Ben never knew anyt of this and she wasn't going to tell him just yet. She watched him turn away. She watched ho his mouth opened like he was going to say something more than once then watched as he walked away. She heard him in the kitchen grabbing the beers and she took the one he offered her gratefully. Sitting down at the table she looked at him and nodded.
"Yeah I did. Didn't you ever wonder why I was so accpeting about it all? I never told you about Michael because technically he doesn't exist. Well, to the government anyway. He's ex-army and he was supposed to have died on a mission. A mission that turned him into a Hunter. I didn't tell you because I was protecting him."
Listening to him she couldn't help but stare. She could never get enough of him and when he had lived with her and Ben she always wondered how she had ever gotten so lucky to find a man like him. How he could love her unconditionally and be a father to Ben. She listened to him more closely and tried to push back the anger that welled up in her as she thought of him having her memories erased. She was angry, yes. But she had to listen to him. She heard his resoning and how he had Cas erase it all. Apparently Cas knew about her brother because his memories had obviously been erased as well. She thought back to when she was possessed. She had been awake the whole entire time. She had watched herself almost kill Ben adn then stab herself. It still killed her to know that she had done that. But there was one thing that she needed to think about. What the Demon ahd said about Dean being Ben's father. She needed to think on that one for a second.
"It wasn't safer, Dean. Not when I'm in the life too. You didn't know that I know but it will always be dangerous for people like us. You mentioned once that I was your Apple Pie Life. But the truth is I'm no more Apple Pie than you are. I'm angry you erased everything, Dean. I'm not going to lie about that but its just too damn good to see you right now to fight. I missed you. I love you, Dean. I always have."

Dean shook his head lightly at her response. Honestly, no, he had never wondered why she'd been so accepting about it, he'd just assumed that she'd believed him about hunting after the whole changeling incident. After all, that usually was something that opened people's eyes to the world around them. He frowned as she told him about her brother, though. "What happened to turn him hunter?" Dean asked without missing a beat. Of course, he probably should have kept the question to himself, most people didn't really like sharing what had made them see the light. Especially since most hunters usually only joined the cause when someone they loved was killed, or when their parents brought them up into the life. He knew plenty of people who knew about the supernatural world but didn't want the life and he could understand easily why. It wasn't a life that most people would quickly choose for themselves. Demons and Angels and Vampires, it was enough to make most peoples heads spin out of control.
He noticed that she stared while he spoke and that she seemed like she was ready to attempt to throttle him for having erased her memories, but at the time he had done what he thought was best. He'd done what he needed to do to make sure Lisa and Ben were safe. Anyone too close to a Winchester got hurt. He'd learned that lesson too many times already. Mom, Jessica, Ellen, Ash, Jo, Bobby, Cas, Dad, Pamela, even Lisa and Ben. Anyone who was every too close got hurt. Perhaps the Winchester curse wasn't just that they were doomed, but anyone who came in contact with them was as well. It seemed logical to him at least.
Naturally, Dean had loved Lisa and Ben both unconditionally, he would put them before himself any day. It wasn't that he was tired of being with them or that he didn't want to be with them any more that he erased their memories. Dean had done what he thought was right and even knowing about her brother now, Dean still would make the same choice over again if he had to. If he really thought it was what was best for her and the kid he would ask Castiel of the same favor all over again. As she spoke a slow smile began to spread across his lips. "Doesn't matter if you're in the life or not, Lees.. You're still my apple pie life." He said softly while looking over at her. His hands held tightly to hers before gently shifting both of them up to cup her cheeks. "I missed you too." He stated before leaning in and pressing a kiss against her lips. "And I love you," he said just before pulling her closer while his lips claimed hers. If he were to die right now, this would be that moment that he would hold onto. Dean moved carefully to the very edge of his seat while he held onto her, kissing her gently. He wasn't really looking for anything beyond the kiss, not right now anyway, but he could have held onto that feeling of her lips on his for hours on end.

Lisa looked down at their hands entwined together and smiled. His hands were so warm. They were rough from years of work and she could pick out multiple scars. Some of them were new and she didn't remember seeing them before. That was how a Hunter was though. They were constantly getting new scars in random places. Dean would surely notice her new ones. She ahd gotten many more from her times out with Michael. Sometimes she would get right into the thick of things and fight right along side him. She usually didn't but sometimes it called for it. She was a pretty good fighter and she could hold her own if she had to.
She looked back up at him and his green eyes. They were so gorgeous and deep. She could get lost in those eyes and often times she had before. On their lazy days when they didn't want to leave their bed. Just laying there talking and laughing and looking at each other. Those were the moments that she missed. That was what she wanted back so desperately right now. A blush crept up on her cheeks as she looked down again as he told her that she was still his Apple Pie life. It made her feel warm inside and her heart was beating faster.
"Dean...you're mine too."
She felt his hands cup her cheeks making her look back up at him again. She was smiling bright right now. He missed her too. This was something she thought she would never hear from him again and then his lips were on hers kissing her gently. She kissed him back ad her heart burst with happiness as she heard him say that he loved her. That was all she wanted to hear right now. He pulled her closer and she kissed him back claiming him as hers. She scooted into his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck holding onto him. She never wanted to let him go again. Pulling away she looked at him.
"Don't leave again, Dean. Please. I need you. Ben needs you. He needs his father...his...his real father."

Dean couldn't help the smile that claimed his lips as she spoke. It didn't matter what happened, Lisa and Ben were that one step into normality for him. They were his ability to keep up with the real world, that tie that bound him and made him realize that there was more to life than hunting every single day. He'd missed that, so very much. How he'd gone this whole year without talking to her or seeing her or tossing a football with the kid was just an amazement. He missed them both and loved them both so dearly that it was hard to think that there could be anything else in this life. He caught the smile that danced across her lips as she looked up at him before kissing him back. His hands slipped from her face to wind easily around her waist, tugging her small frame flush against his as she settled herself into his lap. Dean held the kiss up until the moment that she pulled away, even that wasn't enough for him though as his lips pressed kisses along her cheek and jaw. He chuckled quietly as she spoke again before freezing.
His arms were locked around her waist, his lips frozen at the curve in her jawline, his eyes wide. For several moments he didn't even appear to be breathing as thought after thought rushed through his head. She had't said Ben was actually his.. like really, really his.. did she? Of course, it didn't matter too much one way or the other because Ben was his, at least in his own head. But for the kid to actually be his blood? No, he'd heard her wrong. But how could he have? Slowly he pulled back from her, those bright green eyes locking onto her face. After sucking in a quick breath his head canted lightly to the side. "What?" He asked, his voice slightly higher than normal. "His r-re-real father?" All of a sudden his breathing increased, almost as if he were on the verge of a panic attack. His eyes were locked onto hers, staring hard. She'd lied to him for years on end, and no doubt had lied to Ben too.
His brows furrowed as a million thoughts flooded his brain. What did it really matter if Ben was his by blood? He'd been there for a while, helping Lisa with him, teaching the kid how to work on cars and all about classic rock. He'd taught the kid a lot, he'd been there for that first girlfriend, a year of great holidays... What did it matter if he was actually Ben's real father? He'd seen himself as the kids dad for a long time now. A slow smile spread over his lips as he looked up at Lisa, his arms still holding her tightly to his chest. "I'm not going anywhere. Not for a while anyway." He said softly. Of course, Lisa knew he was a hunter, which meant eventually he would need to hit the road again, get back to hunting and dealing with Sam and this latest crisis. Dean leaned up, allowing his lips to claim hers once more in a deep kiss.
